Located across the street from the new RTD light rail station, the Parq at Iliff Station apartments includes 424 units spread across a nearly 16-acre site. The garden style project includes a clubhouse, 16 three-story buildings, and a 100-unit, four-story structure facing the light rail station. The project is integrated into the neighborhood with a city walkway and park creating a “spine” through the project connecting the RTD and Yale Avenue.
The buildings are constructed of wood framing on a post tension concrete system with a masonry, stucco, and metal panel envelope.
