DM4 provides stunning views of both the Downtown Denver skyline and the nearby mountain ranges. Its amenities are plentiful, including a resort-style pool, a resident lounge, a sky-deck, a fitness center, a dog spa, bike storage, and tenant storage lockers.
During construction, a remarkable amount of materials were used: 18,040 yards of concrete, 1.84 million pounds of rebar, and 266,000 pounds of post-tensioned (PT) cable. Notably, the project involved 67 dedicated concrete workers, achieving an impressive average of one PT deck per week on the parking garage—a testament to their efficiency and skill.
