Our project teams help our customers develop appropriate timelines for their projects and keep them on schedule.  CFC utilizes the Asta Powerproject CPM scheduling tool. We ensure superior schedule control by:

  • Establishing project schedules early in the design phase
  • Developing schedule detail as the design progresses
  • Maintaining an excellent subcontractor base
  • Managing each project by an on-site Superintendent and Project Manager
  • Providing regular updates during the design and construction phase of the project

Our objective is to ensure everyone who comes in contact with our projects are kept safe from harm.  This includes the public passing by the site, visitors to the site, and the numerous workers engaged in constructing the project.  The projects themselves are a valuable asset for our customer.  These projects are often surrounded by occupied properties.  CFC’s safety program also protects these valuable assets from damage.

Quality Control

Our objective is to ensure customers receive the best value possible for their budget and to ensure systems are constructed “right, the first time”, without costly re-work.

  • CFC’s Quality Management program tailored to each project
  • QC review of design details during the design phase
  • QC review of all shop drawings, submittals, and samples
  • Virtual and physical mock-ups
  • Pre-work meetings- Identifying design and constructability issues.
  • Initial inspection- Reviewed by manufacturer representatives and CFC Team for installation details
  • Ongoing inspections performed by CFC on-site team
  • Management and coordination with Client’s third party inspectors, as desired
  • Final inspection, CFC generated punch list and timely completion
