Orville is known for his sincere commitment to customer service – being attentive to client needs, listening carefully, and delivering what customers ask for. Customers and vendors know him to be a true business partner who is guided by the highest level of ethics and professionalism.
Orville began his career after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering – Construction from the University of Colorado and serving as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. Orville worked 26 years in Colorado for a nationally ranked commercial contractor, gaining experience in every position from Project Engineer to Senior Vice President. Orville gained additional experience as the regional Vice President for Construction for a developer-builder. In the four years prior to joining CFC, Orville led design-build teams on nine major apartment projects totaling nearly 2,500 units.
As Executive Vice President, Orville manages company functions including business development, preconstruction, estimating and operations. Orville is responsible for strategic planning, client relationships, creating proposals and developing project plans at the conceptual stage for projects. Orville also maintains responsibility for construction operations on specific projects. Orville’s lengthy experience as a builder, as well as an operations leader provides him with a solid base to mentor building teams and to provide executive oversight.
In his free time, Orville enjoys his family, including his children and grandchildren; gardening; shooting, hunting and camping; and attending the artistic offerings of Colorado Ballet, and the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.
