Framing:  CFC has an in-house Wood Framing Division that is capable of performing framing on projects of any size. By self-performing this scope of work CFC ensures our clients of a quality product delivered on schedule.

Preconstruction services - our in-house staff performs the following:
- Plan and constructability reviews.
- Schematic and Design Development pricing.
- Construction Document pricing – Lump sum.
- Value Engineering - recommend solutions to reduce cost and accelerate the schedule.

Scheduling – CFC utilizes the SureTrack scheduling system.
 We ensure superior schedule control by:
- Having a direct relationship with the general contractor.
- Maintaining an excellent subcontractor base.
- Each Project is managed by an on-site Superintendent and   
Project Manager.

Safety
- CFC’s site specific safety program tailored to each project.
- Employee Orientation Check- Defining expectations.
- Phase Safety Plan- Identifying and controlling safety hazards.
- Equipment Training and Inspection.
- Weekly Safety Meetings- Ongoing communication and performance.

Quality control
- CFC’s Quality Management program tailored to each project.
- Pre-work meetings- Identifying design and constructability issues.
- Initial inspection- Reviewed by manufacturer representative and CFC
