Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator - immediate start
Reports directly to the Director of Pre-Construction. Assist in the marketing and business development efforts required to achieve strategic corporate goals. Prepare and maintain proposals, presentations, advertising, promotional items, branding and information gathering and company newsletters. Prepare letter of interest, proposals with input management. Develop and maintain marketing materials, including team resumes, project experience sheets, brochures, business cards, assistance with web page, logos, press releases and other promotional materials. Maintain various libraries including staff resumes, project files, press releases, advertising and photography. Maintain vendor and media contact lists. Organize and participate in internal events as required. Assist in coordination of owner events (groundbreakings, etc.) as required. Assist in development of new business leads. Update qualification documents. Design page layouts and marketing materials. Publish approved information to CFC website. Identify media sources for press releases and story placements. Process invoices within the Pre-Construction Department. Prepare monthly status reports of potential projects.
Requirements:
Minimum of three years marketing experience preferred. Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat. Superior writing skills, with ability to craft professional level proposals and presentations. Able to edit and wordsmith drafts submitted by others.

Superintendent
Reports directly to the General Superintendent and/or Senior Project Manager, when applicable. Provides overall on-site field administration/supervision and technical management for all construction operations, including direct supervision of assistant superintendents, subcontractors and other construction related personnel directing them in the planning, coordination and execution of work on time, within budget, attaining or exceeding profit goals, maintaining a safe work place, promoting and enhancing client relationships and the company image.

Project Manager
Reports to the Senior Project Manager or Director of Operations in charge of the project. Responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of construction to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding and contract administration functions. Oversees operations of Assistant Project Manager and/or Project Engineer and maintains an excellent relationship with sub-trades and client.
